About Me

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in CT, a licensed Mental Health Counselor in RI, an Advanced Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Advanced CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner and certified Pilates Instructor

My formal education includes an AS in Political Science and Public Administration, BA in History and Social Sciences, a Master of Teaching and a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

In addition to the above, I also have specialized training in cancer/breast massage, traditional thai massage, buddhist medicine theory and ethics, mindfulness meditation and psychotherapy, loving kindness meditation, restorative yoga,  personal training, counseling for pain management, co-parenting counseling, autism, ADHD and related cognitive processing disorders in adults, couples therapy and personality disorders.
